Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 6–8 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at mamacherish@hotmail.com.

We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the shipping process.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mamacherish@hotmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
